  2. All sales are final and no cancellation is allowed once the order is placed and paid for. 
  3. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis, i.e., the customer who pays first will be first in queue. 
  4. All goods sold are not refundable.
  5. Items can be changed if there is a mistake from us, such as sending the wrong order item or the item order you get have some defects. Please contact 013-2122240 for the exchangeable. 
  6. Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect. 
  7. Colour of products in this website may differ slightly due to lighting/screen brightness of different gadget used to view this page. 
  8. Size can be change if that size is not suitable with you within 7 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a exchangeable , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that RM10 will be charged as postage and processing fee or you can direct come for exchangeable to our outlet. Do contact 013-2122240.
  9. Exchange items with other items (Other Design) is not be accepted.
  10. All orders that have been paid today before 2pm will be sent to you on the same day via Pos Laju. All order after 2pm will be sent to you on the next day. Pos Laju makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).
  11. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
  12. All payments have to be made by means specified by LIA NANA BOUTIQUE. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 
  13. Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
